Executive Support There are two things (besides money) that our staffs never seem to have enough of — time and experience. In any nonprofit, we all learn to wear many hats and broad experience is often present; but the specific expertise to write a personnel manual or program manual to meet government standards, the financial expertise to prepare a more useful budget, and many other things are often lacking. And, of course, we could all learn to do those things...if we had the time. Head to Heart was created three years ago to help solve these problems. We provide specialized services and training programs for small- and mid-sized nonprofit organizations. The services can be as direct as coming in to write a manual or work one-on-one with a staff member to plan an event. We can work with you to prepare manuals to government standards or write that perfect grant proposal to help solve that third problem — money. We also provide short, effective training sessions designed to help your staff or board gain some of those skills — volunteer recruitment/management or financial basics for nonprofits — that you really need long-term in-house.
